I brought my car in for an estimate and had a great experience from the start. Reception greeted with a smile, offered me a fresh coffee, got my car looked at right away, and had comfortable chairs while waiting. Shaffer's seems like a well-organized business with friendly employees and very clean office/reception areas.

Shaffer’s handled my vehicle after it was T-boned in an accident. They were great at communicating, gave me a decent time frame (which was adjusted due to backordered parts). When I got my vehicle back, it was like the new car smell all over again, and it felt new. They did a great job cleaning up what a mess it was from all the broken glass. Thank you Justin for all your time, and your meticulous work! Shaffer’s will continue to be my go to!

Absolutely top tier, and super reasonable prices. Granted, It took a long time for me to actually get scheduled, but that was because they're booked several months out. Why were they booked several months out? Because they do awesome work! The repair was done fairly quickly, I know body work always sucks, so the one week turn around is absolutely acceptable, especially since you can genuinely not even tell there was any damage to begin with. 10/10

Excellent service, professional and customer oriented, they make it a priority to make sure the job is done right and make sure to ask you if you see anything wrong with their work. They have good loaners at no cost to you. This is the only place you should go to get your vehicle repaired.

Everyone was polite, my vehicle was done on time, I had access to a loaner car while mine was being repaired, and Justin was even able to get answers to my questions from my very unresponsive insurance company. The repairs look good as new. My husband was very pleased with the paint job. Thanks!!!
